The US agency Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ( DARPA) has request company's to come up with a fast agile armored vehicle that can dodge missiles and tank shells. The vehicle should require minimal training of the operator, a basic solider should be able to operate it.
Full autonomous vehicles are not required for the project, also required is some type of reactive armour.
