Researchers at Stanford University have come up with a glove that will allow you to climb a vertical glass wall. The gloves based on the Geckos hands will hold a person up to 70KG, the gloves have been tested on a wall 3.6 meter high without any loss of adhesion.
Previously in February 2012 DARPA (America's Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency) had demonstrated the Z-man where a 218 pound man with a 50lb load climbed a 25 ft sheet of glass with just some Gecko inspired hand held paddles.
